Procedure

8/24: 2 gal water + ginger+ honey + irish moss 15 min boil, 1/2 batch to 3 gal carboy with yeast from m6 primary, 12 hr starter siphoned to 7 gal with rest of batch + 1/2 tsp ferm k

8/31: 1/2 tsp ferm k

9/14: transfer to 2ndary 0.998

Special Procedures

1/2 batch 2 1/2 gal starter other 1/2 dumped hot into mason jars
